Application Review Services are designed for individuals who are applying independently and wish to have their application reviewed by a professional before submitting it to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). Our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant will assess your profile or application for eligibility, identify any errors or omissions, and provide advice on strengthening your application. After the review, you will submit the application yourself. Please note that this review service does not imply representation. To engage our services fully, you must sign a retainer agreement with our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, allowing us to submit and communicate with the relevant authorities on your behalf. Please be aware that the timeline for receiving our report begins from the time we receive all necessary documentation.
Express Entry Profile Review This service is for candidates who have completed their Express Entry profile and want to ensure accuracy before submitting it. It is also suitable for those looking to enhance their Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score or who are encountering error messages while attempting to create their profile. Our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant will conduct the review via phone or video conferencing tools like Zoom or Google Meet.
Permanent Residence Application Review This service is for permanent residence applicants who want their applications reviewed before submission to IRCC. Permanent residence applications can be complex, involving multiple forms and extensive documentation, which increases the risk of errors or missing critical information. Our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant will review your application via phone or video conferencing within seven business days of receiving all required forms and documents. The review will cover errors, missing documents, dates, signatures, and suggest areas for improvement.
Review of Refused or Rejected Applications This service is for individuals whose applications have been refused, canceled, or returned and want to understand the reasons behind the decision. It is also for those who wish to assess their chances of approval if they resubmit their application. You will need to provide copies of your forms and documents for our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant to review. Following the review, we will discuss the application with you. If the refusal was due to an error on your part, our consultant may recommend resubmission. If the refusal was due to an oversight by the visa officer, our consultant might suggest a reconsideration, which could lead to approval without additional application fees.
